August 28th Program – Flea Market, Social Media, Cookies & Cocktails

 

Our program topic for the evening will be Social Media, but we are excited to let you know about the special feature for the evening! We are having FLEA MARKET that will begin at 6 PM!

This is a “no charge” meeting and everyone is invited to attend!
Come just for the flea market or better yet, feel welcome to stay for the entire meeting!

Several Members of our Guild will have tables filled with gear… cameras, lenses, light stands, tripods, reflectors and all sorts of photo gear! We are opening up one of the side rooms to allow for more space to buy and sell your items!

For our Members who have paid for their table, we are posting lists and/or photos of what they will have available. We invite you to visit our Event on Facebook to see listings of what will be available as we receive them! The list will be updated as we get the lists in!

Please, we ask that these Members are not contacted prior to the event for an advance sale. For this reason, we will be posting what they will have available anonymously.

We still have just a few tables available for our Members. If you are interested in a table, please send us an email to webteam@jppg.org. If you’re not a Member, but interested in a table, please email us, as well, and we will follow up with you if we have available tables.
 
Your Social Media Questions Answered
 

We asked and you answered that you wanted a program on Facebook and Instagram marketing. While the Flea Market and Cookies & Cocktails are a fun part of the evening, the program of the evening will be driven by you, our Members and Guests!

Tell us what questions you have about using Instagram and Facebook for your business and we’ll incorporate them into the program!

A fun part of the evening at our August meeting will be our Cookies & Cocktails items! Some of our members are putting together theme-related items and baskets that will be sure to delight.
 
You may purchase these items during the Flea Market and whatever Cookie & Cocktails items remain will be auctioned off in a fun auction later in the evening with our very own JPPG Auctioneer!
 
Donations Accepted! If you would like to donate something for the Cookies & Cocktails part of the evening, please contact Leslie Evans with what you’d like to donate.
 

When and Where?
We meet at the Ramada Inn in Mandarin (I-295 and San Jose Blvd). The Flea Market begins at 6:00pm, Social time begins at 6:30pm, and announcements and program begins at 7:00pm.

People’s Choice
Members, don’t forget your 8×10-ish entry for People’s Choice. The categories are portrait and landscape. You may enter into one or both! All entries must be submitted by 6:51pm! Can’t make it to the meeting? Send your images with a friend!
